To comply with California law, Leyenda Cubana will call you after 5 PM Pacific the day prior to shipment to confirm your order. Your order will also require the signature of a person 21 years of age or older at time of delivery. For this reason, we can not ship to PO Boxes in California.
Delaware
To comply with Delaware law, Leyenda Cubana must receive and store age verification documents in order to sell to you. You may email a legible copy of the front and back of your California Drivers License or ID Card clearly showing your age and shipping address to info@leyendacubana.com. The information will only be used to comply with California requirements.our order will also require the signature of a person 21 years of age or older at time of delivery.
South Dakota
Leyenda Cubana does not ship to South Dakota.
Utah
Leyenda Cubana does not ship to Utah.
State Specific Restrictions & Safety Warnings
In accordance with state regulations, we do not ship any premium tobacco products to Utah. Shipments to South Dakota, California, and Delaware are strictly handled according to individual state delivery compliance, tax mandates, and address-matching rules.
Adult Signature Required: All legally permitted shipments containing premium tobacco products require mandatory Adult Signature(21+) upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
